1. BOI MSME Loan

BOI is a Nigerian government-owned development finance institution. It financially supports Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nigeria. For instance, it gives out loans, technical help, and capacity-building services to SMEs in various sectors of the economy.

The loan is available for entrepreneurs who need funds to start or expand their businesses. It provides up to N10 million at an interest rate of 9% per annum, with a repayment period of up to 5 years. And the best thing about it is that the loan is available to both existing and new businesses.

BOI aims to promote industrial development and economic growth in Nigeria by supporting SMEs and creating employment opportunities. It also collaborates with other development partners to provide comprehensive support.

The loan has its terms and conditions. However, they vary depending on the loan type and the business size. To be eligible for a BOI MSME loan, businesses must meet certain criteria, such as being registered in Nigeria, having a viable business plan, and demonstrating the ability to repay the loan.

The Nigeria Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) is also one of the entrepreneurship funding in Nigeria. It's an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development (FMYSD). It seeks to empower Nigerian youth by providing them with access to capital, training, and mentorship.

The NYIF aims to support young entrepreneurs financially to help them start or expand their businesses. Also, the fund is open to men and women from all states of origin in Nigeria.

The NYIF provides a range of courses to take at any accredited school in the country. These courses equip participants with the skills to succeed as entrepreneurs. Participants will also receive mentorship from experienced business professionals.

Furthermore, successful applicants will receive access to the capital they can use for their business ventures.

The fund is open to Nigerian citizens between 18 and 35 with viable business ideas or who are running an existing business. Yet, to be fully eligible, you must meet certain criteria. You must be a Nigerian citizen, have a business plan, and demonstrate the ability to repay the loan.

With this program, Nigerian youth have a great opportunity to gain access to resources that could help them become successful entrepreneurs and contribute positively towards economic growth in Nigeria.

The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is an innovative youth empowerment partnership initiative. This program seeks to connect talented graduates with local job opportunities that apply their expertise. Also, it equips them with world-class practical knowledge and relevant skills.

It does not matter if you have no job experience. This program will provide opportunities to all of Nigeria, no matter the region. Merit-based selection will ensure that organizations and youth from every part of the country are invited to participate.

The NJFP specifically targets young talented Nigerians looking to land their entry role in the corporate world. The program provides a unique opportunity for these individuals to gain valuable work experience and build professional networks. Through this initiative, participants can develop their skillset and gain access to resources. Furthermore, they will also enjoy mentorship programs designed to help them reach their career goals.

To be eligible for registration in 2023, applicants must meet certain criteria. All applicants must be Nigerian citizens and not currently engaged in any employment. They must also have good verbal and written communication skills.

They must be fresh graduates from any discipline with a Bachelor's Degree or HND Certificate obtained by 2017 and not older than 30 years old at the time of application.

All applicants should take note of these requirements before submitting their applications to ensure they meet the necessary criteria for registration in 2023.

The program provides beneficiaries with skills training and job placement opportunities for their livelihoods. Launched in 2016, N-Power has addressed Nigeria's high levels of youth unemployment. It has also empowered young people to contribute to the country's economic development.

The program offers several tracks, including N-Power Teach, N-Power Agro, N-Power Health, N-Power Build, and N-Power Tax, each focusing on different sectors and job roles.

To ensure accountability, applicants must provide their details along with bank details. The application process is simple, allowing everyone an equal opportunity to apply for the program. Once applications are submitted, selections are carried out automatically via the portal.

Through this initiative, more young Nigerians can gain employment or start businesses as entrepreneurs.

5. N-Exit

The NEXIT loan is for exited participants of the N-Power program. This loan helps them to transition into other economic opportunities. The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and the Central Bank of Nigeria collaborated with the Federal Government to create a portal for all N-power beneficiaries. Through this portal, they can access various CBN empowerment options such as entrepreneurship, economic, and empowerment programs.

Furthermore, it gives them access to financial services such as loans, grants, and other forms of support that can help them become financially independent and successful entrepreneurs. With this loan, former N-Power beneficiaries can take advantage of the numerous opportunities available in Nigeria's economy and build a better future for themselves and their families.

Once on the page, you will be asked to input your email address used when registering as an N-Power Beneficiary. After entering your email address, you will be directed to a page where you can fill out an application form with your personal information and details about the loan you are applying for.
